All Taumel machines can be supplied with either simple, but highly accurate, Manual Controls for stroke, pressure and duration; or you can choose to buy them fitted with sophisticated PLC Controls.
Our newest system offers easy touch-screen programming with the ability to store multiple programs and download data to a PC.
Taumel Process Controls can sense and confirm that parts are present; and can measure and monitor stud height, protrusion and the actual forming pressure that is being applied.
Taumel also offers sophisticated CNC equipment wih precision XYZ positioning and full PLC capabilities
